Snowboarding in Vail, scuba diving with sharks in the Great Barrier Reef, bungy jumping in New Zealand, skydiving, hangliding, following my favorite band through Spain, spending new year's eve at Copa Cobana beach in Rio, watching the British Open at the old course in St Andrews, looking over Salsbury Hill, skiing in the Swiss Alps, jogging the Monaco grand prix course, running the Chicago marathon, boating through the Norwegian Fjords, and spending an evening in Montmartre overlooking Paris with my fiance are just some of my real life adventures. I'm obviously passionate about traveling, and I hope to continue to travel and enjoy new cultures and experiences throughout my lifetime with Jen.

I grew up in Leawood, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City. I have two brothers, two nephews, and two nieces. I'm a lifelong Chiefs and Royals fan, and proud to be one. In sixth grade, I went on a trip to visit my older brother in Gainesville, Florida, where he was attending the University of Florida. I'll never forget driving in from the airport and seeing the "Univ of Fla" sign on the way into campus. After going to the Florida vs Florida State football game, I knew I was destined to be a Gator. So, in 1994, I left Leawood and moved to Gainesville to start college.

At UF, I was a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, and even today, I remain close friends with many of my fraternity brothers. I usually attend at least one live football game a year. I also remain a die hard Kansas Jayhawks basketball fan. Even though I'm not an alumni of KU, I consider my 18 years of living within one hour of campus enough.

After college, I moved to Atlanta, where I still reside today. After a brief stint with Universal Marketing Associates, an Atlanta sports marketing agency, I went to work in sales for a software company called Telemate Software. In 1999, I was asked to move to London to open our European sales and marketing office. In January, 2000, I moved to London, where I lived for almost two years. During those two years, I spent much of my time experiencing new cultures and traveling all over Europe. I went to Amsterdam, Paris, Nice, Berlin, Munich, and many others. In July, 2001, I was asked to host ESPN's Sunday and Wednesday night baseball games for Channel 5 in the UK. After completing my stint as a sportscaster in London, I decided to move back to Atlanta. In between, I spent two months backpacking through Australia and New Zealand. It was during those two months when my life truly changed. I realized there was more to life than closing deals.

When I got back to Atlanta in early 2002, I got back into sales with Seagull Software. I spent about two years with Seagull before leaving to join an Interactive Agency called Macquarium. At Macquarium, I was a Client Partner working on accounts such as EarthLink, GMAC, ChoicePoint, Home Depot, and others.

In January, 2004, I was out at a bar with some friends for my birthday. That night, I was introduced to Jennifer Wardlow. Jen and I went on our first date the following night...an Atlanta Hawks game. 19 months later Jen and I got engaged in Paris, on our hotel balcony, overlooking the Eiffel Tower. We were married on June 10, 2006.

I joined Moxie Interactive in August, 2006, as an Account Director overseeing the online strategy, design, and development for Verizon Wireless. I recently left Moxie to join the agency where I currently reside as an Account Director, IQ Interactive.
